Quality Technical Services is hiring a Sales Executive to support and expand our business development activities in UAE. This role is ideal for a technically oriented sales professional who understands calibration and instrumentation services and can confidently engage with industrial, laboratory, and engineering clients.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue while working closely with technical and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for calibration and instrumentation services
• Promote laboratory calibration, testing, and technical services to industrial and commercial clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow ups to close sales opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations across assigned territories
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data
• Support management in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
• Ensure timely communication between clients, technical teams, and operations
What We Are Looking For
• 2 to 5 years experience in technical or B2B sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Technical background in Calibration and Instrumentation is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical services and translate them into client focused solutions
• Self motivated, target driven, and organized
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Familiarity with UAE industrial and engineering market is an advantage
